Nicholas established Edge 1 Realty in 2020, as its broker and sole founder. In years prior, he worked as an agent with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
During his tenure at UBS and Morgan Stanley, he provided wealth management solutions for clients living in Latin America. He obtained his degree in Finance from Boston College, and an MBA from Florida International University. His interests include Sailing, Cycling, and new entrepreneurial ventures. Edge 1 Realty is a South Florida real estate company, working with buyers, sellers, landlords, and prospective tenants.
